It's Game Dev meetup time again!
When: Thursday the 12th of June - Doors open at 5:45pm, Presentation
starts at 6pm.
Where:ย The Bridge Street Collective, 111 Bridge St, Nelson
A Koha of $5 is appreciated for the pizza we shall consume with gusto
at 6:30pm :-)
And what's the presentation about this time, you might well ask?
_Jumphead_ - Out and Proud
Edwin McRae and David Box will present the latest build of iOS
platformer, _Jumphead_, and Edwin will talk about the social media
marketing strategies and 'tribe-building' techniques he will be using
to launch the game proudly onto the international app stage later this
year.
We at _Oolook Games_ (David and Edwin) are keen to talk about the
challenges of launching and selling an Indie iOS game and are open to
any ideas, criticisms, and hare-brained schemes that you might wish to
share with us.
