This month Lenz Gschwendtner will introduce Startup Weekend Nelson, which is on

Lenz will be talking about Startup Weekend, what it is, and why it is more than
a hackathon, but not quite a business coaching event. He will explain how
Startup Weekend influences the startup scene in New Zealand and share a few fun
stories from previous events.
Lenz has been part of Startup Weekends in New Zealand since they started here
and is part of the mentor team that travels around the country to support ideas
in every corner of New Zealand. He is also a co-founder of iwantmyname, a
globally successful domain registrar and co-founder of springtimesoft, a
consulting company operating locally an overseas. He also recently moved to
Nelson Lakes.

The venue is the Bridge St Café, 111 Bridge St, Nelson.
Be there at 5:45 for a 6:00 presentation followed by discussion, pizza and
drinks.
Please bring a koha of $10 to cover drinks as well as pizza.
